Located on the corner of E. Jefferson & Drexel in the Grosse Point Park neighborhood, this is now a parking lot. The Time Theatre seen on the left of photo was located at 13321 East Jefferson Ave. Owned by Border Theatres, it opened in 1940 and closed in 1954. The Time Theater had 678 seats in 1950.

With a Rambler and a Met in the picture, one might guess they were also a Nash dealership, but the Ramblers are '55 models and therefore could be Hudson Ramblers since we can't see the badging. The Met is either a '54 or '55 and could be Hudson as well since '54 Hudson Ramblers and all '55s bore wheelcovers with a stylized "M" as shown in picture. This probably is a late 1954 photo as the 1955 Nash and Hudson Ramblers were introduced on November 26, 1954. The big Hudsons, though, weren't introduced until March, 1955, and none are present, noting the '54 Hudson (Hornet?) and a '54 Jet-Liner.
