Leland E. Lewis (March 6, 1908 - October 23, 2004) was born in Morris, PA, a son of Morris Wayne and Mabel Butters Lewis. Besides being a garage owner and Hudson dealer, he was also the founder of Lewis Mobil Home Sales in Wellsboro. He retired in 1972.
The 1947 pickup was his service truck.

This is a picture of a 1952 Hudson Wasp coupe pulling the winning float in the 1952 Pennsylvania State Laurel Festival parade in Wellsboro. The state Laurel queen is on the float.
This is a picture of a 1947 Commodore 6 and a 1952 Hornet now owned by Mr. Lewis' son Don. He would like to acquire a 1952 Wasp Coupe like in the other picture as it was his college car.
