Gil Schaefer, Inc.. Photo circa 1949, when ten western Michigan dealers teamed up for their Convertible showing. Large-size newspaper ads were used to build up interest in the showing. [A report came in] that "at times the showroom was so full of people you could hardly get around." The dealers secured many prospects for New Hudsons as a result of the display.
