A 1921 Toronto Directoy lists A.M. Thompson as Vice President and Managing Director. Noel George Lambert Marshall was President at some point. Dominion Automobile Co. was also a marketer of Russell cars, which began building the electrically powered two-passenger Ivanhoe runabout in 1903 and ceased building cars in 1916.
