Ammans's Garage was in business from 1946-1958. In above picture there looks to be a new 1951 in showroom.
Above photo may date to July 1954. The Hudson sales was dropped because Mr. Amman didn't like the new Rambler., although he did drive an American Rambler later on.
The third generation is still running an auto repair in the same building, although the gas sales was discontinued many years ago. Dealership also seen in Detroit News 02/19/54.
